2009 RITUAL DATES:
Please see ‘News' for the location and time of the next gathering.
Imbolc - February Sunday 1st
Spring Equinox - March Saturday 21st
Beltane - May Saturday 2nd
Summer Solstice - June Sunday 21st
Lammas - August Saturday 1st
Autumn Equinox - September Sunday 20th
Samhain - October Saturday 31st
Yule - December Sunday 20th
You will notice these are mostly not the 'official' dates for the eight festivals. This is because we usually try to hold our rituals on the nearest Sunday to the actual date. This makes it easier for most poeple to attend and for those who like to celebrate the actual date on their own or with private groups.

ADOPT A SITE!
Would you like to become an Ancient Sites Archaeological Monitor? We need your help! West Penwith's Ancient Sites are always under pressures of various kinds. We need local people to keep an eye on the sites, and report back to CASPN (Cornish Ancient Sites Protection Network) their condition and any changes affecting them. Would you be prepared to 'Adopt-a-Site' locally, and visit it from time to time to complete a simple Monitoring form? The commitment is not onerous and will help greatly in preserving the sites. If you can help, have a think about which site you could visit easily and regularly. It does not have to be the larger well-known sites: in fact, the lesser-known ones are, if anything, more in need of help and protection. If you would like to help in this way, please e-mail: paul.bonnington@nationaltrust.org.uk
